One of the primary programs we run is a FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team, called the 2702 Rebels. This team was originally created in 2008 as an extra-curricular program at Eastwood Collegiate Institute in Kitchener, Ontario. The team has since grown into an open and inclusive community organization, welcoming students from the entire region, without restriction on gender, religion, race, or socioeconomic background.
The program is available to high-school aged students (age 13+) who are interested in learning and participating in FRC. Absolutely no experience is expected or required.
We have students engaged in Computer-Aided Design, Robot Building, Software, and Business / Marketing. No matter what your interest, there’s something to contribute to.
